my goal is to provide a safe space where body, mind, and spirit feel safe enough to slow down.

i’ve spent over a decade in some of the most demanding corners of healthcare: outpatient, oncology, home health, pediatric critical care, and chronic illness.

I now work remotely as a nurse informaticist, where i translate clinical reality into the language of systems and data. this work has allowed me to enter the exciting world of app development. i am currently working on an application for personal health care needs.

lumina grew out of a specific kind of missing.

nursing gave me skill and rigor, but the deep, unhurried presence that genuine healing requires needed its own space.

this practice is that space. with lumina, i get to slow down and provide the care that all people deserve.

i offer reiki, intuitive readings, and on occasion, mindful, creative practice through calligraphy. i’m here to notice with you, to ask the questions worth sitting with, and help you trust that you already hold more than you think you do.

i’m a restless learner and avid creative. my m.o. is to learn, apply, then share. (see one, do one, teach one, as they say in the nursing world!)
